Bob Harris is a nationally recognized decorative concrete trainer, author, and consultant with more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the industry. He is the founder of the Decorative Concrete Institute and serves as Senior Director of Decorative Concrete Consulting with Structural Services, Inc., where he continues to educate and advise contractors on architectural and decorative concrete applications.

Bob has authored multiple instructional decorative concrete guides in collaboration with Concrete Network. He has also starred in many Concrete Network videos covering polished concrete, concrete resurfacing and overlays, stamping, coloring techniques, and jobsite troubleshooting. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, including World of Concrete, and is known for his practical, no-nonsense teaching style rooted in real-world experience.
