T1000 Primer is a bonding agent that improves adhesion, workability, and curing of cementitious overlays. Sold as a 1-gallon concentrate to be diluted 1:1 with water, it covers about 400 square feet per diluted gallon (depending on surface conditions), and a second coat is recommended.
