This patio was stained and scored. A diamond tile pattern was created, with a star as the focal point. Acid staining and scoring are great ways to add color and interest to a new or existing concrete patio.

This attractive stamped concrete patio at a residence in Houston, TX was created using a grand ashlar slate pattern. The colors used were cappuccino hardener with a desert tan release. A contrasting color of autumn brown release was used on the border.

This residential driveway and walkway look like they were created with pavers, but they are actually stamped concrete. Two different large stamps were used, one resembling bricks and another resembling square cut stones. Grapevine borders were stamped at each end of the driveway. The concrete mix was colored integrally before pouring and antiqued after placement and drying.
