Aggregate Surfaces that are Economical & Beautiful
Sandscape Texture® and Lithocrete® FinishesProblem:
Improve the look of building walkways and interior floors with fresh surfaces without breaking the bank
Solution:
Sandscape Texture™ and Lithocrete® provide an economical alternative to granite paving and plain broomed walkways
We are all aware of the effects the market has on our business and future developments. The strong companies will continue to develop and continue to build, but we all need to take a second look at how to present an upgraded property without the upgraded prices. One area this can be achieved is in hardscaping and flooring.
Whether they realize it or not the first thing future tenants look at is the path they walk on up to the building. Traditionally this has been standard gray broom finish concrete on standard buildings. On high scale buildings you may see granite or stone paving. Although this is beautiful and can achieve great results, it can also eat up most of the budget. An alternative to granite paving may be Sandscape Texture™ or Lithocrete®.
Sandscape Texture™ is a cast-in-place concrete finish with dozens of color options. Developed by Colorado Hardscapes, the hallmark of this finish is its remarkable and consistent texture. Sandscape Texture™ is only a fraction more than standard gray broom finish in cost.
Lithocrete® is a patented process of imbedding and fully adhering materials and concrete together in a patented concrete matrix to produce dramatic concrete paving. Both Sandscape Texture™ and Lithocrete® are highly durable and may be used for interiors or exteriors, and for pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
The beauty of both of these finishes is that they can be incorporated interior and exterior at a fraction of the cost of granite. By bringing Sandscape Texture™ or Lithocrete® to the interior finishes with a polished application, the interior floors will not only tie into the exterior, but will be a low maintenance durable floor.
