Replace Your Wood Columns With Decorative Concrete

Hi ,

Column Cast columnColumns are common on the porches and entryways of many homes, serving both as a support system and architectural feature. But if those columns are made of wood, it's a good bet they will eventually rot if left unprotected. Why not replace your wood columns with something more permanent, such as decorative concrete? Recently, we learned about a new forming system that lets you easily cover up existing wood columns with concrete. Another option is to install brand new columns made of architectural precast concrete. Learn more about these rot-proof, no-need-to-paint  column alternatives.
