Bob Harris of the Decorative Concrete Institute lead the courtyard project. He was assisted by Lee Ann Harris, Ray Anger, owner of Decorative Concrete Scoring and Staining and his assistant Shea Burke, Kevin Boyle, and 6 journeyman finishers from Local 394 of OCPMIA.
Students from Phoenix's Franklin Police and Fire High School worked with Steven Ochs and concrete engraver Gerald Taylor to create the colorful origami-like snake.
