Faux Finish Surfaces

A faux finish can be applied to nearly any surface. With concrete, the two most popular surfaces include:

  • Walls: Carving and stamping with faux finish coloring techniques make walls look like real stone.
  • Floors: Faux finishes are done on concrete floors using stains, dyes, and other coloring methods. Many homeowners are also requesting Modello stencils to create unique faux finished concrete rugs, and detailed patterns.

Decorative concrete walls can also be 'board formed.' Texture of the walls takes on the appearance of the wood forms leaving the impression of the grain and paneling.
