CFC Preparation & Coatings provides quality concrete preparation and coating services. We offer services for interior industrial/commercial and residential floor coatings. Our expertise includes acid stains, integral colouring, epoxies, urethanes, and polyureas. We install decorative flake and decorative quartz floors and do crack repairs and joint sealants. With the aid of our InstaCure UV system we can clear coat up to 1,000 square feet and have you back on it in just over an hour!

We’ve been in business since 2000 and are family owned and operated. We are located just outside of Vancouver, BC, but have done projects in Edmonton, the Okanagan, and Vancouver Island. Everything from coffee shops to retail outlets; aircraft hangers to car service bays; food processing to bakeries; residential garages to residential interior and exterior floors.
