For the past 10 years, Heriberto "Beto" Esquivel was the master craftsmen and shop foreman for Buddy Rhodes Studio's pre-cast business. Currently, Beto is the lead instructor for Buddy Rhodes Concrete Products Training Program. Beto opened Concrete Concepts and Design (CCD) in 2004 to help with fabrication for the Buddy Rhodes Studio (BRS). Former BRS employees are involved in all phases of operations from management and design development to manufacturing, installation, and maintenance. CCD also continues the Buddy Rhodes tradition of providing the best customer service in the industry.
