Florida Artist Chooses Concrete Stains and Dyes for His Work

Carlos Delgado is an artist residing in South Florida. He has a BFA in traditional and graphic art and an MFA in Computer art and 3d animation. For about two years he's been using concrete as a canvas to create his artwork.
